  Eva and staff took their time to evaluate my needs. Having so many different machines she was able to pick the one that would best get my results. She set realistic expectations and then worked hard to make sure she met them. They are clearly very conscientious about making sure that people’s expectations are set and then achieved. Thank you for all you did. Definitely recommend

  Had ulterapy done on my face (not neck included) a few months back and I feel like I got ripped off. Yes the service was nice (pleasant interaction) but realizing that this place actually had a Groupon offer going on for ulterapy that is way way affordable than paying $2,500 is just disappointing. The therapy didn’t do much for my face even though a few months have passed and my advice to all of you is to research prices before just trusting anyone, specially when you are going to invest a large amount of money like me.

  Offer did not actually include the special at the first appointment. You had to fully commit to the long term treatment in order to qualify for the promotion. It drove over an hour with my child only to get surprised onsite with unrealistic expectations. I was told I could have a B12 shot, but had to come back for the promotional shot, however again, you’re not going to get it if you don’t fully commit. It was a huge disappointment, waste of time, and money. When I asked for a refund of my consultation fee because expectations were not set clearly and it was a waste of my time, it didn’t matter. I didn’t matter. The promotion was just a way to get in the door. Also, Lexi is the owner and founder, she has the decision making capability but tried to act like she didn’t. It was all very sketchy. Nice try with a suite in a nice building, but it’s bullshit.
