  When I say this lady played in my head she played in my head! I came in 2 days before to inquire if they would be able to cut my natural 4c pixie cut hair. It had grown out a bit and wanted it shorter and cut a little higher in the back and they assured me yes they could they were trained in all hair texture. This would be my first cut with them. I came in Wednesday May 6 and brought my son to get a loc taper I don’t recall names but the heavier set white lady did my son cut also not good they kept asking me if it’s ok is this how it should be etc I showed her a pic for my son she still left tons of hair on his hairline and the edge up was terrible he didn’t look any different than when we came in for $22 for an 11 year old. So back to mine when I say I spent over an hour for a single hair cut that could not be delivered. The black lady Mary I believe is her name left when I came in and I the older white lady did mine I was nervous because I really didn’t feel like she would be able to deliver.( Should have listened to myself) she butchered my hair and when I say she parted and cut then wild day ok I’m doing one section at a time take a look and see if that’s right every single cut every part she asked my opinion is this fight is this ok👀😩 my husband was in the car the entire time I kept trying to explain to the stylist what I read looking for and how to handle my 4c thinning hair the next I could I showed several pictures finally I asked my husband who understand barber style cuts etc better than me and and asked if he could please come in and explain to her what I am asking for because my anxiety and stress level is at an all time high right now. He came in tried to explain and was standing up by me when Mary came back into the salon she randomly band up to me and reprimanded me and was extremely rude and said he can’t be standing over her like that he making her nervous! I didn’t even see her approach me so when she came in so loud and rude without asking any questions to her stylist first or if I the customer ok she initially startled me, I then replied and snapped back and let her know he was helping me explain to her stylist how I wanted my cut because she obviously is not familiar with my hair texture or understand why I’m asking her. Immediately Mary says oh yes she is familiar with your texture mind you I had product in my hair and she didn’t wash it or anything. The stylist did ask should she wash it or cut it dry told her if she wash it it would be extra I said that’s fine whatever you think is best🙄 and explained right now my hair is straight so if you wash it will certainly not lol like this and be curly. She chose not to wash🤷🏾‍♀️ long story short my cut was terrible Mary told her to wash my hair and start from scratch. During the cut she nicked me on the side and neither her or Mary mentioned to me there was a small bald spot. the top of my hair is cut very uneven. Mary took the shampoo off my cost but I still paid over $50 for my son and I for terrible terrible cuts. They were very unprofessional especially “Mary “ and unskilled I was even told that they are not barbers🤔🤔🤔 but you cut hair all day for a living?? Even a regular hairstylist has training in cutting hair but with sheets shears and clippers. If you are a 4c girly don’t go to this location period. Truthfully most of the cuts I saw them do during my time was sub par at best don’t waste your time every our money. Worst hair experience I ever had. And just refueled my anxiety for getting my hair done at salons. First pics are how I left second pics are how I came in🤯😩 last photo of my son

  Margaret is my go to girl,she's been cutting my hair since she went to work at Great Clips She's the best.

  The stylists are always kind and welcoming. They ask what you are looking for and are great at interpreting my non-hairstyling vocabulary. LOL. I like the check in online feature. I use it every time. I have been using this particular Great Clips for the last 6 or 7 years.

  I think they didn’t want to cut my hair, or they weren’t in the mood. This is the last time I come here, and this will have consequences.

  The main lady will lie on the phone and say she’s the only there but LADY IM LOOKING RIGHT AT YOU. There sure was another older lady there doing hair.
