  HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place, Alexis is my to go girl. I am so happy I found her! After 7 years of not getting my hair done due to the fear of pain because how sensitive my scalp is. I’m am forever greatful I found Alexis I explain and she understood she was very gentle with my hair( which I have super long thick hair) she took her time to make sure I was doing okay throughout the whole process. Mind you this is my second time and she worked on my hair her whole shift both times I’ve gone. I love the team work as well in this place. They are amazing ! P.S - alexi if your reading this, girl thank you so so much ! I love your personality and how out going you are. Can’t wait to keep getting my hair done with you & and bring my kids to you ! Anyways THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. Your awesome !

  Went in for a cut and unless you have an appointment you won’t be seen Girl at the counter claims it’s because of short staff. You shouldn’t book both of your hair stylists so that people can’t walk in from the street. That’s poor management. Glad I didn’t waste my money here

  I had a horrible experience with Hair Cuttery in Stephens City, VA! I had extensions installed and not only was the hair density too thick for my fine hair but it was pulling on my natural hair which caused pain. I was also afraid of breakage. I called the shop three times letting them know I had a problem but they would not see me before my next appointment which was ten days away. I had someone else from another shop remove them which was very painful because the extensions were very tight against my scalp. Hair Cuttery would only give me 1/3 of what I spent and I have nothing to show for it, yet they called it a full refund. I told the district manager that I will file a complaint with the small claims court and she said ok. Shame on Hair Cuttery!

  Tatiana was absolutely amazing! Kind, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. She gave me exactly what I asked for and got me out fast. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend her to anyone.

  I was not happy with the pricing. I booked online for 135.00 partial foil but was told by my stylist that it would be 180.00. I asked what the difference was and she said that she does an additional treatment which brings it to 180.00. I asked if I could not have the treatment and she said no she would not do my hair without it. Therefore when hair Cuttery posts partial foil package starts at 135.00 with this stylist that is not true. In truth it starts at 180.00 as she quoted and would not do my hair for less. I have been going to a hair cuttery in front royal for years and have never had this experience. The appointment and estimate of charge online at this salon in Stephen’s city is very wrong. I will never return to this salon again. Very disappointed.
