  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience at Hair Cuttery thanks to Kelsey! She did an amazing job cutting my little girl’s hair, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! 🥰 She was incredibly sweet, patient, gentle, and professional. She made my daughter feel comfortable throughout the entire haircut, and the final result was absolutely beautiful! It’s always a great feeling to find someone who is not only talented but also genuinely kind and caring with children. Thank you so much, Kelsey, for making this such a positive experience! We will definitely be coming back and asking for you again. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent hairstylist! ❤️

  I’m pretty disappointed with my experience. The stylist started washing my hair but never actually washed the underneath portion of it. She then started cutting and blow-drying my hair while commenting that drugstore shampoo can cause buildup and that I should consider switching products. The comment didn’t really bother me but what frustrated me is that I came in with product in my hair, and it was clearly greasy, so I don’t understand why she didn’t double-shampoo or make sure my entire head was properly washed before saying that. Since the underneath of my hair wasn’t washed, I also went home with that part of my hair still not fully dried and looking wet. On top of that, I was charged an additional $18 for the blowout because I have “long hair.” I’ve been to the salon before with the same length and amount of hair and was not charged that extra fee. I understand they list that extra charges can happen based on length of hair, but I ended up paying over $80 for a service where my hair wasn’t even fully washed or dried, which was really disappointing and honestly an outrageous price for what I got. I expected much more attention to detail, especially for what I paid.

  The haircut and everything was fine. I liked the stylist. I was however mad that they let a young child run around coughing on everyone's faces while the dad sat lazily in the front playing on his phone. Perhaps I can get past going to get a nice haircut and walking out incubating a cold, but they let her run as well. All I kept wondering was when was she going to run into my stylist who happened to be holding scissors next to my neck. That is super dangerous. They should not allow lazy parents to dump their children off like that.
