  Showed a specific picture of myself with a previous haircut I’ve gotten that was best for my curly/wavy hair. I told the girl I wanted that exact cut just a tiny bit shorter than the photo. My hair was past my shoulder blades. After the cut, my hair is now to my collar bone and I didn’t get the layers/style I specifically asked for in the photo. Not to mention my maternity photo shoot was the following day. Additionally, I was told that I would be charged based on time. Max would be $168. The entire haircut I asked for the quickest drying/styling option to stay on my budget. I was charged the full $168. I have never been to this salon before and never experienced a haircut based on time when on the website there is ~$82 price for haircuts only. This is the most I’ve ever paid for a cut and the worst cut I’ve ever had.

  The service here is horrible! I came In with my sister who was getting her hair done by Priti. She completely messed her hair up and did not even acknowledge how uneven and choppy it was. When we pointed it out, she told us it’s supposed to be uneven. Since when is hair supposed to be uneven ?! Who wants uneven hair when they leave the salon. Sad excuse of a hairstylist. After seeing how she does hair, I do not recommend her to anyone.

  Priti is amazing. She helped me pick the perfect color and she gave me a great shape. I cannot recommend this shop enough.
