- HLHelen LinJan 27, 20261.0I want to have a edge bob haircut and I know some stuff at JC penny may not know how to do it based on the reviews. So, I asked the lady before I would let her cut my hair and showed her a picture of the style I want. The lady confidently said " I know this, and I can do it". I felt she was cutting in the wrong way so I tried to explained with her again. It turned out she didn't speak much English and we cannot communicate at all. The results of my hair was totally wrong. The lady was not honest at what she could cut. I won't go there again and not recommend to work with anyone who can't communicate.
