I arrived on time for my appointment that I scheduled early in the day and was treated like a walk-in! I waited 35 minutes before walking out. No one took the time to come greet me or to get my appointment information- all I was told was to “have a seat” when I indicated having an appointment. Unfortunately I will not be coming back or recommending this place, I hate that I wasted my time and gas money :(

Ive been seeing Sharon for honestly close to 7 years now and she has always done amazing with my hair. She also doesnt do anything that she knows wont work with my hair and instead will help me find a close alternative to make sure im as happy as possible with the outcome. I always leave feeling incredible!

I usually have a good experience here but I did not this time. The lady who cut my hair complained while washing my hair that I had knots. I have curly hair and it is not going to always be knot free. I told her I can get them out if she wants. When it was time to pay I showed her a 15% coupon that came in an email from hair cuttery and she said it was only for new customers, however no where on the email did it say that. It just said the dates it was valid which were monday to thursday after 4 pm. I told her it needs to be honored as it doesn't say that its for new customers on the email and she goes I will honor it but I have customers waiting. I am not sure how that matters but this worker was beyond rude. She needs to learn customer service skills. My 4 year old daughter was with me and she did not even say hi to her or acknowledge her presence. The hair cut she gave me was just ok.
