Super friendly and welcoming staff! Loved the atmosphere and felt very well taken care of ☺️ What I liked most besides the great, attentive care was the detailed information I was given upfront…cost, services, time, the process, etc. I will be back!

She is professional, kind, and does amazing job with keratins and blowouts. My keratin‘s last about six months, and I go see her every six weeks to two months or so for a deep condition and blowout. Not many stylists are truly competent across all hair textures, but she is!

Unfortunately, one recurring issue has been the lack of consistency from appointment to appointment. Each visit often feels as though it’s the first time my hair has been cut, with little continuity in the style or approach. I understand that different stylists may have different techniques, but there seems to be a lack of confidence or familiarity when cutting men’s hair. At times, it feels as though the haircut is being improvised rather than following a consistent standard. If cutting men’s hair is an area where some staff members have limited experience or training, it may be beneficial to provide additional instruction or guidance to help ensure more consistent results for your male clients. I’m providing this feedback because I would like to continue coming here and hope to see improvements in the future.
