    We’ve been traveling, and I’ve been procrastinating, so my hair was a total mess, to say the least. I was a late walk-in to boot, and can I say, this was THE BEST haircut I have EVER received. I even did the big no no, I showed her pictures! Everything they tell you not to do, I did. Her name is Ashley, and she’s been in the business for 20 years. She has the best, and the sweetest personality you could ever ask for. She listens to you. She EXPLAINS to you. I can not possibly provide a high enough recommendation for her. You’re the best Ashley, thank you so very much!!! I absolutely love my new do!!! (I would have added a pic, but couldn’t take one to properly show her expertise).

    My hair was done I’m assuming by a trainee and she did great.. but the girl who was training her to cut my bangs did not do a very good job.. I wanted curtain bangs so she cut the left side normally but the right side she twisted my bang and cut it that way and it completely tore my hair up. It was very uneven and I asked her to fix it but still the right side looks like someone gave me bangs with a butcher knife, there is no swoop it’s just a whole chunk of hair cut off in a line. PLEASE stop using the twist and cut method to create bangs for crying out loud !!
