I had my first facial yesterday and Kathryn and Aliyah made the experience so welcoming . They were both professional and kind. The facial was so soothing and I felt so refreshing after. Aliyah did a great job of explaining everything step by step making sure I was comfortable.

I have been seeing Adrianne for over 2 years now and she is just amazing at her job. Very knowledgeable, caring, and an expert injector. I have really great results from getting Sculptra, some filler, and Botox with her. I cannot recommend her more highly.

I unfortunately would not recommend Synergy based on my experience with Sculptra and Dysport. Before receiving Sculptra, I was specifically told that it would lift and tighten my face. That representation played a significant role in my decision to proceed with the treatment and purchase a total of four vials of Sculptra. Unfortunately, I experienced the opposite of what I was trying to achieve. Rather than feeling that my face looked lifted or tighter, I feel the Sculptra added unwanted volume and heaviness to my lower face and negatively changed my facial appearance. This has been extremely distressing because Sculptra stimulates collagen and, unlike hyaluronic-acid filler, there is no simple dissolving agent that can just reverse the treatment. What was particularly frustrating was what happened when I raised these concerns with Synergy. I explained that I had been told Sculptra would lift and tighten my face, yet the manager subsequently told me that Sculptra does not lift and tighten the face. I found that extremely concerning. If that is Synergy’s position, I question why the treatment was originally presented to me that way when I was deciding whether to purchase it. I ultimately purchased four vials, but when I requested a refund because of my concerns, Synergy offered only a $950 partial refund for the Sculptra, which is approximately what I paid for 1.5 vials at my discounted member pricing. I was also paying $199 per month for their VIP membership in order to receive discounted pricing on services. I also spent a substantial amount of money on Dysport and was unhappy with those results. Synergy eventually offered to refund my $1,050 Dysport package, but informed me that accepting that refund meant they would no longer provide injectable services to me. Another situation afterward also left me uncomfortable. I independently contacted a completely separate med spa about receiving Dysport there, and that practice declined to treat me. I am aware of professional connections between individuals associated with the two practices. I do not know whether Synergy shared any information about me, and I am not claiming that they did. However, given the circumstances, it raised a privacy concern for me and left me questioning whether information about my experience or treatment had been discussed without my knowledge. Ultimately, I spent thousands of dollars at Synergy and am now dealing with facial changes that I did not want and that are not easily reversible. Most troubling to me is that I proceeded with Sculptra after being told it would lift and tighten my face, only to later be told by management, when I complained about the outcome, that Sculptra does not do that. Although Synergy offered a partial financial resolution after I raised my concerns, that does not undo my experience or the changes to my appearance. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Synergy.

I’ve seen Adriane for about 1 year, and she has worked with me to attain “natural” skin through Botox. She is always professional and precise, happy to answer my plethoras of questions and to explain the process to me. She remembers details between appointments and is always warm and easy to talk to. My confidence has improved in a major way, and I was pleased when my coworkers were surprised to hear that I even got Botox since a natural look was my goal all along! I highly recommend.
