  Absolutely lovely experience. Lots of employees who were so kind and helpful. Helped me earlier this year with a wedding I was attending. Always nice to stop by. Would recommend this location!

  The store was clean and well-stocked. All employees were courteous and willing to help. Ms. Karen was especially helpful in finding a travel size Anastasia product. She went above and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciate her. Great customer service! I will be back again

  Had a fantastic experience at this store. I didn't have a lot of time and in just 15 minutes Lourdes, the beauty advisor was able to help me choose a new foundation, get the right color and recommend some other products as well!

  This may sound so silly and honestly it kinda is, but usually walking into beauty stores fills me with such dread and anxiety that i prefer to order online, and when i do go in person i walk in shaking LOL. This location means SO much to me because I have had nothing but good experiences; the employees here (shoutout Anne in specific) go out of their way to welcome you and create a comfortable atmosphere and are so friendly and personable!!! Walking in i’m always greeted with friendly faces, and i’ve never felt judged or out of place. Today I went in, and for the first time i needed some help finding products; Anne noticed and offered assistance. She was so patient, knowledgeable, and kind, and i ended up finding the products that work for me!! She was so attentive, and took the time to swatch products and let me test them out. (Side note- her shade matching skills are INSANE!!!) All of this to say if you’re looking to shop for anything beauty related i most definitely recommend visiting the lovely ladies at the stony point sephora!
