  Visited this location today just to splurge on myself for once and at first my visit started amazing, but then turned sour very fast. There was an employee walking around the store Spraying things near me And then I just kept hearing the employees talk amongst themselves making little comments. Very discouraging will not be visiting this location ever again. Shouldn’t have even spent my $70 just now. Side note : then they’ll delete your review. I’m going to speak to the manager today.

  I didn't like the reffund policy 😕, I couldn't refund an item at the one inside the Kohls , I would have to travel to get a refund return at the main store at the Stony Point or Short Pump and I think that's ridiculous you should be able to return an item or get a refund at any Sephora.

  A rouge member, and do a lot of online shopping. I like complimentary gifts that you do not get when you purchase online. I like to shop online due to, I at least know I am not going to get stalked around the store. When I go to high end stores, doesn't matter what store, I always leave my wallet and purse in my car and wear tight clothing. I am not famous nor am I a super model. The way I was chased around the store, by just holding my keys and cell phone, you would've thought these women wanted to sleep with me. I pay attention to detail, and there approx over 25 people in the store, yet I had to be the special one to be picked on. I did make a purchase, wasn't offered anything, or a thank you. I walking out the door, every damn employee saying bye. Ridiculous. I don't mind great customer service, but when I am the only one getting attention as if store employees actually care about me. Try purchasing my purchases, Give me discounts, hell kiss my ass at this point. I mean what are we doing here? Again, I am not famous or a model. Just a Sephora lover. Even pick-up orders people sweating in regards to giving me my damn order. Here's my ID and here's the scan CODE.It looks like I have to keep to shipping. I am not driving to short pump since the entire property smells like old people and dog shit. The dog shit scent is strong and loud. I really hope Stony Point TEAM have morning meeting once they're clocked in. It's not ok to make customers uncomfortable. Again. A woman with tight clothing, no purse or a bag but just keys and a cell phone. SMH. STONY POINT PLEASE DO BETTER. I LIVE 7MINS AWAY.

  This was my first time at this location. Its located in a strip mall with plenty of parking and stores and restaurants. The employees were helpful, including Laura(ie?). Got my birthday gift and found a list of things to get on my next makeup run.

  I had a wonderful experience at this location on Tuesday 25th. Lori was incredibly kind, helpful and professional. She helped me with my online order pick up and took time to explain my orders and how the beauty lessons work. She was very sweet and patient. The store was also clean,bright, well organized.
