  This may sound so silly and honestly it kinda is, but usually walking into beauty stores fills me with such dread and anxiety that i prefer to order online, and when i do go in person i walk in shaking LOL. This location means SO much to me because I have had nothing but good experiences; the employees here (shoutout Anne in specific) go out of their way to welcome you and create a comfortable atmosphere and are so friendly and personable!!! Walking in i’m always greeted with friendly faces, and i’ve never felt judged or out of place. Today I went in, and for the first time i needed some help finding products; Anne noticed and offered assistance. She was so patient, knowledgeable, and kind, and i ended up finding the products that work for me!! She was so attentive, and took the time to swatch products and let me test them out. (Side note- her shade matching skills are INSANE!!!) All of this to say if you’re looking to shop for anything beauty related i most definitely recommend visiting the lovely ladies at the stony point sephora!

  If you are headed to Sephora in the Stony Point Village shopping center, immediately look/ask for Cole. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy—he made everything easy. A rare talent in all the ways!

  First time entering this establishment. Walked in to get a gift card for a family member for their birthday. Salesperson was extremely professional, friendly and assisted me making my purchase welcoming and enjoyable. As I was leaving Sephora, all of the sales associates not assisting other customers, were either greeting new customers or telling customers exiting the store to have a great day. Everything was great and outstanding sales team.

  I had such a great experience with Gianna today! She is so kind and knowledgeable when helping me find the right products for my skin! Highly recommend asking for Gianna!
