- EEellie1 day ago5.0this place is so amazing!! the first time i went in, i discovered that my piercings were actually open due to an infection from another piercing store. the nurse that helped me was so sweet and caring and explained everything! i think her name was Lauren, not 100% sure tho :( the second time i decided to get piercings, a different nurse named Brenna helped me. she was so kind and helpful, and made sure i was under the best care! will definitely come back :)))

Nurses Bea and Lauren were amazing, so patient and encouraging and even changed the music to her favorite album to motivate her through her fear. 🥹 Highly recommend, couldn’t have had a better experience.

I did not catch your name, but she had excellent customer service and explained to me every detail and it made me feel secure about getting my nine-month-old’s ears pierced. I do believe if I move forward that I will go with them
- ARA RJun 20, 20265.0The service was great. Nurses were very professional. A word of caution. The tip rate includes the cost of the earrings and not just the service. Depending on the price of the earring, the tip rate goes up. While it's optional, I think Rowan should pay attention to include the tip for the piercing service and not the cost of the jewelry.
