  This review is way (2 months!) overdue on account of a weird email discrepancy I had but… Emily at Lush Short Pump!!! Never have I ever had such amazing customer service. She went above and beyond to help me pick the best products for me, she gave me free samples that turned me on to new favorites, and when I couldn’t get my Lush rewards to work at the register because my phone is old as dirt, she gave me her own phone to log in on so I could use my rewards without giving it a second thought. And all of this and she was still so kind, so courteous, so helpful. This girl sets the bar! Give her a raise. I have been from Lush in NY to PA and many places in between… but I absolutely be back time and again to this location for the customer service. Thank you Emily, and Lush Short Pump!

  Went there for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. The tall girl with the tattoos (can’t remember her name) was VERY HELPFUL and friendly! Will definitely be returning! Totally worth the trip! Everything I purchased smells AMAZING

  They only make you feel wanted or welcomed when you are there to buy. I had return fairly good amount of things cause I brought 2-4 of the same products. And when going to return them she did not have a happy attitude made us feel uncomfortable and how she asked the other person to help her “ can you scan these people up cause I have a BIG return order” sad that the people are nice only when there getting something from you can’t speak for everyone just from who was there 8/19 I’ve always had a wonderful experience at the Lush store in Short Pump. The employees are genuinely kind, welcoming, and make every customer feel valued. They create such a friendly atmosphere that makes me want to come back every time I visit. Even though it isn’t the biggest Lush location, the store has a great selection of products and is always clean, organized, and easy to shop. The team truly represents the welcoming and inclusive experience I’ve come to expect from Lush. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the Tysons location. My experience there was disappointing and left me feeling judged and unwelcome, which was a stark contrast to the warmth and excellent customer service I’ve consistently received at Short Pump.

  I wanted to give a shout out to Georgia, who was absolutely AMAZING and made my experience a 10/10 not once, but two times. I’ve never had someone be so kind and give me tips and tricks with the different scrubs/body washes (like mixing the posh chocolate and marmalade to smell like a tootsie pop!). Georgia deserves all the flowers and praise!!!!
