Unfortunately, I’ve had two separate incidents where products I intended to purchase were left out of my transaction. Thankfully, Lush was incredibly kind and made things right by sending me the products free of charge! :))) I really appreciate that. ❤️ Moving forward, I’ll definitely be more careful at checkout and will be avoiding the EMPLOYEE involved in my experience the other day.

Georgia is so so sweet and helpful, she is always happy to sample whatever i’m on the fence about and giving the best tips and tricks to the best shower experience. Dani, i believe- went above any beyond for me when i called and asked if they could take the receipt off of my mobile order as it was a gift for my partner and they were coming into the store with me to pick it up, they gave me a cute little halloween bag tag and wrapped everything so nicely. the manager who’s name i’m unsure of is SO personable and also always willing to sample things i’m not sure about but i usually love them. they all make shopping here the best experience! 🩷🩷🩷

Never have I ever had such amazing customer service. She went above and beyond to help me pick the best products for me, she gave me free samples that turned me on to new favorites, and when I couldn’t get my Lush rewards to work at the register because my phone is old as dirt, she gave me her own phone to log in on so I could use my rewards without giving it a second thought. And all of this and she was still so kind, so courteous, so helpful. This girl sets the bar! Give her a raise. I have been from Lush in NY to PA and many places in between… but I absolutely be back time and again to this location for the customer service. Thank you Emily, and Lush Short Pump!
