While I was sitting there waiting for the dye to set I got hear everyone interacting with customers and they were all so wonderful! Highly recommend this location to anyone!

Nekole immediately welcomed me as I walked in, took me right away, gave me an extra long and relaxing wash, and with little direction and no pictures, gave me the exact cut I wanted. My hair is super thick, and the style isn't possible for all artists to succeed at (I've had lots of botched cuts.) She made the experience so comfortable and welcoming. I plan on coming back regularly for her!

After waiting 20 mins I called a staff member over and asked how much longer my stylist would be. It seems that my stylist was unaware I was waiting for her. The staff member who checked me in never offered any insight or help. I was there over an hour for a 30 minute appointment. The environment was chaos. Several stylists were literally shouting to each other, telling stories non stop, very self absorbed. A toddler, child of a stylist, was running around. Friends were picking her up and dancing her in front of the mirrors. It should not be too much to ask to have a professional enironmnet, on time appointment and a good cut.
