    New to the city. Looking for a new stylist and HC @ Reynolds Crossing isn’t it. The initial greeting coming through the door was if I was bothering the young lady; no smile, nothing but attitude. And unbeknownst to me, this is who I had scheduled my appointment with. Oh the joy! Then to top it off, the salon is dirty. If a customer has to literally wipe down the chair and arms with a wet towel because it is sticky and dirty with hair from a previous customer before they can sit down … the shop is FILTHY! No one is paying attention to the details and the salon was not busy in the least. Just laziness. Clean in the downtime to keep up with it and it won’t become overwhelming. Duuuh! Now as for my actual service, it gets worse. It took AN HOUR for the stylist to roller set my hair …. AN HOUR! My hair is only 8”-10” long so it shouldn’t take that long for a BASIC ROLLER SET. I asked that she use setting lotion … my curls were soft the next day because she only put it in the back because she was too busy running her mouth. She never asked me if I wanted the sides rolled back or down or if the roller in the very front should go forward or backwards. She just took her time doing what the heck she wanted to. This store appears to be a “training location.” Well someone needs to send the “management” team at this store back for more training because it leaves a lot to be desired. Not a good experience and I will not be returning. DO BETTER REYNOLDS CROSSING!

    Everyone was nice, but I felt like this was the stylists first time cutting hair. I'm obviously not a professional but I've never seen someone cut my hair the way it was. It felt like they were just cutting hair randomly, it's very uneven. Also, there was hair everywhere and it was so hot inside and the hair was never removed from my face so I have hair stuck everywhere.
