    Yasmine made my rainbow hair dreams come alive in a way that I couldn't have even asked for! I usually get my haircut here and always have a good experience, but this was my first time doing anything with dye and she really went above and beyond. amazing customer service and amazing results

    This salon changed my appointment for my wedding hair from Friday (the day of my wedding) to the Tuesday before without even asking or confirming with me. I just suddenly just received an automated text message stating the date of my style appointment had been changed with no way to decline or state that it doesn't work. This was done 2.5 weeks before my wedding date after I had already completed and paid for a trial run with my chosen stylist. I maybe understand how they think they can change the date for a routine trim but who in their right mind thinks it's acceptable to change the date of a STYLE appointment that was booked for a specific calendar event?? Regardless of whether this appointment was for my wedding hair or some other occasion, A STYLE IS NOT GOING TO LAST FOUR DAYS. The unprofessionalism of the situation and the sheer incompetence required to make a choice like this is mind-boggling. Guess I'm going to have to go find a hair stylist last minute for my wedding now. Would not recommend lol

    I asked for her to trim it and give me long layers and leave it well below my shoulder and to make sure I can have it in a ponytail I left I can barely get it in a ponytail and it's above my shoulder I am so disappointed
