    Sarah was awesome! I actually booked with her after seeing a TikTok, and I’m so glad I did. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and engaged throughout the entire visit. The Short Pump location was also very nice, clean, and inviting. I had a great experience and will definitely be recommending her to others!

    The name of the woman who cut my hair is “Q” and I love my cut. Q is very sweet and easy to talk with. She gave me a couple of great suggestions for my hair! The place was clean and organized! The staff is very pleasant! Haircut, blow dry, 2 products and 20% tip for under 100. bucks! Not bad!!!! Happy customer! Kelly

    Olivia is an outstanding stylist. She is professional, engaging, and treats my hair better than anyone else. I always get compliments on my hair when she cuts it. I don't normally take the time to write reviews but I had to make an exception. She really does exceptional work.

    The manager at this location is absolutely horrible to her employees. I’m honestly shocked how she treated her employees while someone was washing my hair and then I was quoted $42 for my haircut while they’re washing my hair which is expensive enough compared to other places around and then the manager said I’m sorry it’s $52 in a rude way. So I had some choice words for her. She should not be a manager. She is abusive to her employees. It is honestly shocking what I witnessed. And she was rude specifically to her Asian employee. If you wanna go here, enjoy yourself, but there’s a reason why Hair Cuttery doesn’t have a waitlist.

    Got my hair done by Inna today, and let me tell you. I LOVE it so much! Inna saved me from a Red phase in my life and has done nothing but made me more beautiful every single time I go! Unfortunately since I only go about every 6 months, I end up needing an appointment time for longer than a normal "touch up", but while I sit there, I get to see the daily routine of the shop. Every single hair associate helps clean, and check in scheduled clients, as well as managing walk in clients. I drive over an hour JUST to come here. Feeling fabulous
