  I highly recommend this location. I was a walk in and got highlights with Mischa. She was so kind and I absolutely loved my hair! I have gotten so many compliments and she helped me find my favorite hairstyle. Will for sure be coming back :)

  I’ve been searching around the Short Pump area for quite a bit, and after a quick phone call, they accepted walk-ins and got me in for a haircut just 15 minutes later! I’ve always been nervous about getting my hair cut because I have curly hair, and it’s usually been difficult finding someone who understands how to do long layers properly. I feel like short layers make my curls bunch up too much and make my face look more rounded. I expressed all of this to my stylist, Trinity, and I felt completely taken care of. We talked through different types of treatments and care routines that would work best for my hair, and since Trinity has curly hair as well, that was such a huge relief. Trinity truly understood what it’s like to have a bad haircut experience and listened carefully to what I wanted. I have genuinely never been so happy with a haircut before. For the first time, I could really see and appreciate my curl pattern, and I finally feel confident embracing my curls. On top of that, everyone there was amazing and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I never felt pressured to buy products, which I really appreciated. They simply gave helpful recommendations and respected my choices, unlike other salons where the service can feel different once you decline buying products. I’ll definitely be going back!

  The female with purple hair didnt even ask me how I wanted my hair. She knew she had never seen me and didnt bother to ask how I wanted my hair or probe or try to build repor what so ever. Then I said something softly and politely and she says "I'm a master". Thats fine but this isnt the Jedi temple. You have to talk to your customer. Ihad to stop her midway and guide her. Which is fine but she needs to learn how to speak to her customers and how to treat them.

  Absolutely LOVE this place!! I’ve had an awesome experience everytime!! I had Diamond today and she was SOOO sweet and helped me get the perfect cut for my face shape and body type and it looks INCREDIBLE!! I’ll come back as much as I can!!

  Bryone did me so right. I don't normally get my hair cut at salons, but after I royally screwed up trying to cut my own hair, I was left with little choice to pay someone to fix it for me. And I'm SO glad I did. I have a whole lot of hair, so I wanted something shorter and heavily layered so it wouldn't look ridiculous. I showed Bryone a picture for reference -- some sort of wolf cut/shag I got off of Pinterest -- and she KILLED it. I've previously showed other hairstylists at other salons this same cut, and they've never really got it quite right at all (plus it costed an arm and a leg). But this is hands-down the happiest I've ever been with a haircut. This is my new go-to spot, and Bryone is my new go-to stylist.
