  My haircut was fine but I was rung up for someone else’s services and over charged. They told me they issued a refund and I would see it back in my bank in 3 - 5 days. It never came. I returned to the store and stood around for 30 minutes while a girl was talking to the help desk with no help. I was told to leave and check back again once manager was aware and available to assist. I received a phone call to say that the manager was going to have to talk to a higher level to get it straight and I would be notified. I have never received any more notifications from the store or manager. I’m still out $155 that was over charged and never returned to my card or even offered in the form of store credit. I’ve tried to call the manager multiple times at both of her locations and she is “never in” at either store. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

  Appointments made and we were a little early, they took us right in! Both parents, Mom in a wheelchair and Dad with a walker. She cut, blew dry and styled mom’s hair right in her wheelchair. Dad had the works, brows, ears, and hair! Both left with great haircuts, and smiles. Thanks!!

  So I got surprised by my boyfriend to go and get my hair done. Not going to lie I had bad anxiety because I didn’t know what I wanted and I had to make a quick decision. That’s when I met my hairstylist Diamond. Yes I’m using names because she was really easy to talk to. She calmed my anxiety down. She didn’t rush me on my decision. And even let me know that I can change my decision as we go through the process. She was super sweet and respectful. And the price turned out Great. It was 299.00 for two Colors which is super amazing compare how to how much we were charged last time for two colors. She also added in a complementary curl at the end with no charge. Last time I went I got charged 500$ for two colors, a wash, trim, and to flat iron my hair. And it was a different lady who did that. So I will say different hairstylist really do have your back versus the ones who try to get you for your money and act nice like they have your back. DIAMOND DEFINITELY HAS YOUR BACK! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER! And she actually took her time with my hair. Made many accommodations for me knowing my anxiety. Thank you so much DIAMOND I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK TO SEE YOU. AND IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE YOU MORE THEN FIVE STARS!

  I walked in w/o an appointment and Sivutha greeted me as soon as I came in. I told her how I wanted my hair cut and she immediately seated me and got started. She was very professional and courteous. She let me look at the cut and it was very nice. She is definitely an asset to your company. Thank you Sivutha ❤️

  I highly recommend Diamond! I’ve been going to her for 3–4 years now, and even when I’m not living in town, I always try to see her when I’m back. She’s so sweet, always makes me feel comfortable, and really listens to what I’m asking for. I always feel like she takes the time to make sure I’m happy with my hair. 🤍
