    I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received at this location. I went in expecting a professional haircut, but instead, I left with a complete disaster. I showed the stylist a clear picture of the hairstyle I wanted and explicitly explained that I only wanted a minor trim from the back side, just over my neck. Instead of listening, she cut it way too short in the back. Now, my hair is long in the front and extremely short behind. It doesn't look aligned or blended at all, and the proportions are completely ruined. If you want a stylist who actually listens to instructions and delivers a proper, professional cut, do not go here. Total waste of time and money.
