  I’ll follow Andrew just about anywhere. He’s a new employee which, I might add, you’re lucky to have him. Good man. Can you please start offering full barber shop services? I’d be willing to bet there’s quite a few guys that would like to have a shave and hot towel. That’s in his wheelhouse. Thanks Andrew!

  The staff at this location is AMAZING. They accommodated two last minute appointments on a weekend - and followed through with no wait. They were so welcoming, and also funny. My 9 yo daughter left and the first thing she said was “that was so much fun.” Also, and most importantly, our hair looks and feels so great! 5 stars for sure!

  I made an appointment here last minute and I think I accidentally made it at the wrong location. The ladies in there were so friendly, kind, and told me not to worry about it. Sydney immediately took me back and squeezed me in. Sydney brought my hair back to life!! I have not gotten a haircut in over 4 years because of bad experiences in the past with hairstylists not listening to me, but I wanted to treat myself today and I am so glad I did. Sydney explained everything she was doing as she was doing it, she made sure I was comfortable with the length and did not do a single thing until I gave her the okay. She was so friendly and personal and treated me like I was a life long friend, not just a client. She recommended me products and alternatives for my budget and I am beyond happy. Thank you Sydney!!

  Unsatisfied.. Daughter paid $100 ends not cut hair poofy. Mary did her hair. My daughter was being polite and l ft. We called and they didn't want to provide a name. We came to the shop and she stated that my daughter didn't leave like that and that she didn't mention she didn't like it. I told her that its only been 10 min and was she suggesting that she drove with the windows down. Ends are not cut correctly and that she didn't even want to apologize until I said why she didn't apologize or ask how she could assist. She stated that she didn't want to do her hair again. She showed no remorse nor empathy only blame. Saying she left not saying anything.We waited Alexis/ Jalisa the manager to come in to hopefully get some assistance. She came in and offered to do it over and or a refund for only $48. My daughter has an event that she has to attend and don't have time to get it fixed. I am not pleased at all. We refused half compensation because no one was sympathetic about the experience. No one took accountability at all. No one from corporate also didn't take the time to call us
