Such a great experience! I came in with my hair tangled and looking quite messy. I left with a silky, shiny flowing blowout. Teyana, Doris and Jalisa May be experience, inviting and warm, not only for me before my mom as well. We will be back 😊

Once again I received 5-star service from Jalisa at Hair Cuttery-Staples Mill! My appointment started on time, she provides THE BEST head massage when she’s puts the conditioner in and I was rolled up, under the dryer and finished in about two hours. Others could learn from her salon management style. I have zero complaints as my curls lasts and I look forward to seeing Jalisa for regular appointments twice a month. Job well done and THANK YOU!

I had a wonderful experience w/Jalisa at the Staples Mills salon today! I was greeted at the front with a smile and someone holding the door open, and that set the tone for my entire visit. I was seated and made comfortable and told that she was running a little begin; which was fine. As I waited, I noticed that Jalisa was gently coaching another stylist through a haircut on a client with extremely long, thick hair. I later learned that Tionna was a student, so it was nice to see that Jalisa was very encouraging and suggested different techniques to help her through it. It turned out beautifully when she was finished. Once in Jalisa’s chair, she apologized again for the wait, asked what service I wanted, if I had any allergies or was sensitive and if I had a specific way that I wanted my hair rolled. She analyzed my scalp and inquired if my hair was relaxed. And then assisted me to the shampoo bowl as I am on a walker. She used tea tree shampoo to loosen the excessive oil and provided an AMAZING massage when she put the conditioner in. It’s worth going back for the scalp massage alone. I think I’ve finally found my new hair salon thanks to Jalisa and the excellent customer service provided today! This was a completely different experience from my visit to the Reynolds Crossing location a few weeks ago. Visit the Staples Mills salon and ask for JALISA. She’s an absolute gem and the epitome of a good salon leader!
