  My first time wth this stylist. Very polite and listen to what I wanted. Very different atmosphere. Last visit it was crazy stylist urging. Very loud and the language was vulgar and disrespectful. so much better aI will get agai n.

  My 9 year old daughter managed to get a Hot Wheel car STUCK in her hair. We tried everything at home to get it out before calling the salon to figure out next steps. They were so sweet and helpful from the start. They offered to try and get it out for us so she didn't have to cut her hair (it would have to be a big chop because of where and how much hair was stuck in it) and they gave us options in regards to cutting it. Ultimately she decided wanted to cut it and the salon staff got her right in and were so friendly and welcoming to her. They were patient and gave her options, talked to her instead of around her (which we both appreciated). She went from hair halfway down her back to just above her shoulders and LOVES it! Jalisa and Kayla (I believe were their names), we owe you a huge thank you! We will definitely be back!

  I absolutely love this place from the Phone Call to waking into a great welcoming Staff I called around 4:30ish asking for a last‑minute appointment, and they still took me. When I arrived, they were understandably a little skeptical I walked in looking like a long‑haired dull Lorax asking for a transformation: a whole new hair color and a cut, and my hair is long. But after talking through what I wanted with Jalissa and options, we went for it. I decided to fully trust my stylist, Jalissa. I’m very particular about my hair, but I didn’t look at anything during the process because I didn’t want to psych myself out. She worked with so much patience and care, and kept checking on me, making sure I was comfortable and good the whole time. When she finally turned me around to look in the mirror, I tell you I was a whole new woman. She kept my length while removing all the unhealthy hair, gave me bounce, gave me movement, gave me LIFE. My hair felt lightweight, healthy, and beautiful!!!❤️ This is exactly the kind of service I want when I walk into a salon , to feel safe trusting the stylist and to have them truly deliver. The whole staff was warm, sweet, and lively Jalissa, Doris, Tee, and the sweet, beautiful long‑blonde girl at the front desk (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name). They all made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. I never felt rushed, she kept checking on me to make sure I was good. I walked in looking like a drained mommy… and walked out like who is she? SHE THAT GIRL‼️💕, all thanks to the amazing team at Hair Cuttery on Staples Mill Road. They boosted me up, hyped me up, and sent me out feeling like a brand‑new beautiful woman just in time for celebrating my big 30. First time meeting them, and I’m definitely coming back. Highly recommend 10/10.
