- JJJoeSep 12, 20261.0I got the 60 min deep tissue massage and the head spa. First of all, the massage was not a deep tissue massage, she basically just rubbed oil on my back for an hour with very light pressure. She did stand on my back for like a minute at the beginning but then just went into rubbing oil on my back. The head spa was a complete joke. The water was not warm and had a weird smell like it was not clean. She shampooed my hair and then basically just scratched my head for a few minutes until they put a steamer over my hair for the rest of the time. They also overcharged me for the head spa portion. The price for the head spa is listed as $30 but they charged me $70. They do make you pay in advance so I should have said something before the massage but I didn’t notice they had overcharged until I looked at my receipt afterward. I tried to have them refund me the difference but they kept insisting that the head spa is $70 and would not refund me. Maybe there was some kind of miscommunication because of the language barrier because I kept pointing to the $30 price and they just kept typing 70 into the calculator so I eventually just gave up and left. This is really disappointing because I have been here before and had a great massage so I guess it just depends on who you get, but after this I will not be coming back.

We always book the same exact services full body massage for an hour and a 30 min facial and somehow get charged a 100.00 more lucky we have to pay before services. The fact they also pick how much they want their tip to be before services. We counted everything together and they still come up with 100.00 more than what we pay. I asked have prices increased which I know they didn’t because they are on the price list. They stated prices haven’t changed. I will never go back again today is my birthday and they pull this B.S
