  I’ve been going to Ludi at Bubbles in Reston for two years now, and I honestly couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else with my hair! She is so talented, sweet, and genuinely cares about making sure you leave happy. Every time I leave her chair, I feel so pretty and confident! She always makes me feel comfortable, listens to what I want, and makes me feel beautiful every single time. Finding a stylist you truly trust is so special, and I’m so grateful I found her! If you’re looking for someone who will make you feel amazing and love your hair, go see Ludi! ❤️

  Ludi at Bubbles did an absolutely amazing job with understanding my vision and utterly exceeding expectations with my blow out for an event I had that evening. I 100/100 recommend her services and will definitely use her again! She’s very professional and incredible at what she does!!

  If zero stars were an option, BUBBLE Reston would get zero — possibly negative stars. This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had. My daughter had an appointment for a special occasion, and BUBBLE moved her appointment despite knowing full well how important the timing was. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of compassion, accountability, or even basic remorse when we explained the impact this would have. Appointments are not favors — they are commitments. If a salon makes a change that jeopardizes a customer’s plans for an important occasion, the bare minimum is to show some understanding and make a genuine effort to help. Instead, we were met with an attitude that made it very clear that our inconvenience simply wasn’t their problem. The lack of professionalism was astounding. The service may be called BUBBLE, but there was certainly no “bubble” of customer care, courtesy, or accountability here. Special occasions cannot be rescheduled, and neither can the time and effort families put into preparing for them. A business that treats customers this casually does not deserve their loyalty. Worst customer service. Zero empathy. Zero accountability. Zero effort to make things right. If I could rate this experience below zero, I absolutely would.

  this was a completely subpar experience myself, and my two daughters visited the rest in Virginia spectrum location, while we were greeted in a friendly manner. There was basically zero communication after that the water that was used to wash our hair was lukewarm, almost chilly. The stylist spent varying amounts of time on my two daughters one cut my daughter’s hair in 15 minutes. The other one took almost 30 they both have the same long hair and they charged us 10 additional dollars per haircut, which I was not aware of because we have long hair overall very non-plus boring and underwhelming experience I will never return.

  Hello, I wanted to share some feedback regarding an appointment I recently booked. When scheduling online, I selected the Shampoo and Deluxe Style service. The description for the Deluxe Blowdry states that it is intended for strong waves, curl formation, and/or coarse hair to provide a smooth, finished style, and the listed price was $64. When I arrived, I was informed that the service would actually cost $81 due to my hair type. This was surprising, as my hair is fine with a wavy curl pattern, and I had selected the service that seemed to match my hair based on the online description. I also wasn’t aware of any additional charge when booking. Because the quoted price was significantly different from what I expected, I decided to cancel the appointment. I completely understand that pricing may vary based on hair length, density, or other factors, but it would be helpful if those adjustments were clearly communicated during the online booking process to avoid confusion.
