- OOOpe1982Jun 18, 20265.0I’ve ordered from Lush online but never have gone in one of the stores so this was my first visit. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was shown the new products as well as products they thought I might like. I had multiple rewards to use that expire soon and they had no issue doing multiple transactions and helped me keep it all organized. Thank you!
- DADana AlouMay 25, 20261.0Went here for the first time, expecting it to be a nice inviting experience. I greeted and asked this white older woman with short hair and glasses “ Hi, what are the popular body sprays and powders” before I could even finish asking my question she spoke over me and pointed me in a direction and just said “ There” in a rude tone without even greeting me either. I left immediately upset and totally disappointed being that this was my first time there. I looked at the reviews and seen she has acted this way towards many others too.
- MJMegan JApr 24, 20265.0It was a pleasure to experience such knowledgeable and helpful staff. Their expertise truly made a difference in resolving my concerns. The level of service provided was exceptional throughout the entire interaction. I felt well-supported and valued as a customer. I highly recommend shopping there based on this outstanding experience.
- LLL.Jan 15, 20181.0A simple relocation of storefront or temporary closing is easily done and communicated to your customers with a simple sign. On Facebook via Google and calling the location doesn’t notify customers of a entire store closing. There was multiple people waiting outside trying to figure out the entrance. But inevitably this location was closed. While the large sign said that they were at a temporary location.
