I was shown the new products as well as products they thought I might like. I had multiple rewards to use that expire soon and they had no issue doing multiple transactions and helped me keep it all organized. Thank you!

I greeted and asked this white older woman with short hair and glasses “ Hi, what are the popular body sprays and powders” before I could even finish asking my question she spoke over me and pointed me in a direction and just said “ There” in a rude tone without even greeting me either. I left immediately upset and totally disappointed being that this was my first time there. I looked at the reviews and seen she has acted this way towards many others too.

I didn’t feel like I was given a repetitive sales pitch but I was shopping with good friends and they were sharing their favorite products with me. Jas & Amy are an amazing team & they really made our visit at Lush memorable. I’m loving the products I brought and I am super excited to visit again & try the products we discussed.
