- SKSuzanne Kennedy1 day ago2.0Very disappointed with this haircut. I specifically asked for my bangs to be kept below my eyebrows. I had kept my eyes closed during the cutting due to the hair falling in my face. When I opened them my bangs were cut straight across and not around my eyebrows at all. Plus when all was done I had to brush the hair off myself. Usually I get the hair blown off with the blow dryer. A terrible experience at a place where I go quite often.

Was honest about what my hair needed. Very skillful, showed her an inspo pic and she did exactly that. My hair came out fantastic I am OBSESSED. I was very skeptical because I didn’t want someone to mess up my hair but her reviews were great so I gave her a shot. She did not disappoint!! RASHIDA!! Book with her!

She was so attentive and detailed when it came to giving me the cut and style that I was looking for and made sure to describe what she was doing with my hair every step of the way. I usually have terrible cut anxiety when it comes to sitting in a new stylist's chair but once I saw her taking notes as I was describing what I wanted I knew I was in good hands. I can not wait to come back for my next appointment as I feel it'll be even easier than the first!

Today my daughter got a haircut by her and wow! This is such a GREAT haircut on my daughter. Rashida is the absolute best at what she does but my daughter has received so many compliments! My other trusted stylist was booked and I was in need of my hair being done as I just took down a protective style. I am very protective of my hair as it is my crowning glory. I called the Hair Cuttery and thank the Lord Crystal answered the phone. She assured me that I would be in good hands and she listened intently to what I was requesting. When I arrived for my appointment it was as if we were old friends hanging out for the evening. She expertly managed my appointment and others as the salon was very busy. I never felt forgotten or less important. Crystal was gentle, thorough and her scalp massage during shampoo was divine. When she handed me the mirror I couldn’t help but swing my hair and do a little dance. I’m so happy with how my hair turned out. So much so I have booked my next two appointments already!! Thank you Crystal (you’re stuck with me now). Services received: Full Balayage, Wash, Conditioning Treatment, Silk Press and Trim.
