The woman who cut my hair talked me through best options to repair the scissors mishap, and how to grow out that side so it can catch up to the non-botched side. Her empathy and ability with the scissors helped turn a potential disaster into a short term issue, which is much more palatable. Thank you so much!

The website is very misleading with the new customer promo it literally says $20OFFHAIRCUT. Anyone who reads this would think you’re getting 20$ off the haircut NOT that the cost of the haircut is 20.00$. Once I did get seen I had booked a quick easy buzz cut with a 3blade with the mindset I was getting a killer deal of 20$ off a 24$ haircut. Once I went to pay and the shock of the bait and switch happened I left pissed and 25$(after I even tipped) less to just get back to work and notice the lady didn’t even bother to cut my hair( LITERALLY A BUZZ) evenly so I had hair sprouting off the top of my head. Give. This whole experience I would like to request a full refund since the the website is crap, the promo is misleading, and apparently a buzz cut is to complex and not worth 25$
