I had to leave Rashida another 5-star review! She’s been managing my hair for almost two years now, and she just gave me the most adorable Bixie. From long to short, curly to straight, she can turn any hair Vogue-ready regardless of length or texture.

I took my son (8) and daughter (5) to get haircuts this morning. The person who cut my son’s hair was very friendly and did a great job just trimming him up (I would give her 5 stars, I believe her name was Taylor). The person who cut my daughter’s hair was not my favorite. She was not friendly and seemed very unfamiliar with cutting kids hair. My daughter is dealing with breakage throughout her hair and I asked if we could trim the dead ends off, she responded “that’s not going to help anything. She has a ton of damage.” My daughter also asked about bangs and it was very clear she had never cut a child’s bangs before. She didn’t part the hair and just went to cut it without any prep. One side of the hair for her bangs were very close to the front and one side was halfway back her head. Apparently “this is how you have to cut it cause her hair grows strange”. I stopped her and decided we would try bangs at another time with a more prepared stylist. She spoke negatively about my daughter’s hair which left a bad taste in my mouth. The person who was sitting up front was friendly and tried to offset some of the appointment by making some suggestions about products etc. but we will not be coming back. They also charge for shampoo and conditioner with the cut but neither child was washed, conditioned, or styled. I had to come home and wash and condition her hair myself. I cannot speak on how they handle adults and adult haircuts and color, but I would consider going elsewhere for your kids.
