    Staff is nice enough but I would say if you have 4a and above hair type I would go somewhere else. I asked for a wash and blow dry, I let my stylist know I had a Fulani quickweave as the previous style. And my hair was brushed while dry, washed only 1 time and then the blow dry process had zero tension. Think there should be some better education over at haircuttery!

    Ms. Germaine has done it again. She is located at the Hair Cuttery in Norfolk,VA at the Janaf Shopping center. She colored my hair, gave me a beautiful hair cut and styled my hair to the heavens. Germaine is a professional hairstylist and it shows. Come on and schedule an appointment with her! I will be back again in 3 weeks.

    I believe it's unfair that prices vary based on the stylist. I visit your establishment regularly, and being charged $20 more simply because of the stylist is outrageous. Additionally, not having posted prices is not good for business.

    Customer service was excellent but I was frustrated the stylist couldn’t perform what I asked for which was finger waves which is something I asked if they knew how to do before the appointment. Stylist also had to ask for assistance and still couldn’t get it right. Continued to keep combing in the same spot making my scalp sore. The products used to wash was great but stylist I’m sad to say sucked at washing I could barely feel her touch my head had to tell stylist I didn’t like it and they had to much product in my hair which was the gel I preferred not to be there making my hair look mushy. The stylist did say she didn’t have all right products to do the hair at the end I just told her to just comb it out and I’ll figure something else out I was a little upset I still had to pay 47 dollars for pretty much nothing and being there for so long . I don’t know if any managers was there but I should’ve never had to pay for that poor service never again and it was people around me seeing this being I was in the middle of the floor.
