Sarah is the BEST!!!!! I wish there was more stars for give her. She is kind, knowledgeable, and just AWESOME!!!! I got the coolest hair colors done and could not be happier with it. I will SSSOOOOOOOOOOOO be back for more fun hair!!!!

Nice and professional stylists. A younger stylist traded me off when she didn't have experience with the cut, which I APPRECIATE. The other stylist listened to me and checked in a lot. Going back.

My hairdresser is Lila. I received a message that I thought was from her to book an appointment. I did. Turns out it was from Lily. I rearranged everything for my appt so I let Lily cut my hair. I told her that my hair was cut a little short last time so it took a while for me to style it to have any body. I didn’t want my hair flat. I asked if layers would give more body. She said yes. My hair is now short without much body. It doesn’t look even. I hope I can curl it differently when I get home. Also, I don’t want random stylists sending texts.

Christina the manger is VERY RUDE. Like no people skills at all. I called on Thursday after I noticed I over tipped. I was in the salon for over 5.5 hours and was tired and had not eaten yet. Instead of putting $25 for the tip, I hit 25%. I noticed it when I got home but the salon was closed. I called at 8am and was told the Assistant Manger would be in at 12. I called corporate and they told me I had to go through the store and would send them the information. I called back at 12 and spoke to the assistant manager who never stated her name, she told me I had to call corporate. I told her I did and they told me to call the store. She stated she did not know why since she was going to have to call them. I NEVER heard back. I called the salon again and spoke to Christina who told me if corporate could not help me she could not either that they don't give tip refunds and it would be up to the stylist whether she wanted to give it back or not. I told her that is not what corporate or her Assistant Manger stated and they were going to give me my money back. She rudely told me have a great day and hung up the phone. While I was in the salon getting my hair done that evening the stylist bf was there the whole time. I mean on his phone, doing HW, etc. My understanding your bf can't sit at the salon the whole time. The stylist also stated that there manager, Christine was cold blooded and sat under they dryers frequently and would fall asleep under the dryer. I totally think it is unprofessional for a manger to take a nap under a dryer. It also smelled like weed when you sat in the 3rd wash bowl which was near the employees coats. One of the stylist also admitted she smoked weed. BEING UNPROFESSIONAL AND BRAGGING ABOUT IT IS CRAZY WORK. Also one of the stylist, flat ironed her clients daughter's hair for FREE since she was crying. Now I admitted I was tired and hit the wrong tip button. iT SHOULD NEVER BE UP TO A STYLIST TO REFUND ME MY $. ALSO I COULD HAVE TAKEN A GIFT CARD AND USED IT AS A LATER DATE. $80 TIP IS OUTRAGOUS AND I WANT MY $ BACK. I CALLED CORPORATE AGAIN TO COMPLAIN ON THE MANAGER, I AM WAITING FOR THE DM TO RETURN MY CALL. NEXT TIME YOU WANT TO BE RUDE MAKE SURE THERE IS NOT CAMERAS IN YOUR JOB WHEN YOUR STYLIST ARE BEING MESSY. CHRISTINA IS RUDE AND SHOULD NOT BE TAKING NAPS UNDER THE DRYER WHERE CUSTOMERS CAN SEE HER, NO ONE BF SHOULD SIT IN THE SALON FROM 4PM-9:30PM WHILE SHE IS DOING SOMEONE HAIR. ALL THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED HAD THE MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MANAGER GAVE ME THE DIFF BACK IN MY OVERTIPPING. UNPROFESSIONAL. WEED IS ONLY LEGAL AT A STATE LEVEL NOT A FEDERAL LEVEL FYI.
*****UPDATE-NO ONE EVER TOLD ME THEY ISSUED THE REFUND AND AS YOU SEE BY THE OWNER'S RESPONSE THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT THERE EMPLOYEES DO. I RE CALLED COROPRATE TO MAKE MY COMPLAINT ON HOW RUDE KRISTINA WAS. NO MANAGER SHOULD HANG UP THE PHONE AND TELL SOMEONE 'THE STYLIST RECEIVED THE MONEY AND IT IS WHAT IT IS. I AM NOT THE ONE TO LET THIS SLIDE. NEXT TIME BE MORE PROFESSIONAL. REBECCA NEVER RETURNED MY CALL OR AS YOU SEE TOOK MY COMPLAINT SERIOUSLY. BAD BUSINESS .********
