    Ava did a fantastic job with my haircut. It’s hard to get someone to cut my hair short the way I like it, but she did a perfect job!

    Very please with the service Tracy provided. I was a walk in after a long day and she treated me as if I was her first customer. I also liked that the location gives Military discounts.

    Be VERY CLEAR when communicating what you want because I’m devastated. Upon asking for ONLY the sides to be shortened along with a bit off the top, the very first thing done was shaving the back of my head. The one thing I didn’t want messed with was the first thing to go. The top looks good maybe a tad short but the sides aren’t even consistently cut! There’s long hairs poking out everywhere to the point where I’m currently going at them with scissors just to try and build the confidence to step outside. Truly heart wrenching.

    My stylist Hanan is absolutely amazing she listens and makes suggestions and the magic begins I got a whole new style today and all over highlights and I couldn't be happier. Hanan is very professional, other employees come to her for color suggestions etc she handles herself and others around her with respect, you have a gem on your hands . I was a regional and a mgr and district mgr for 31 years you guys are lucky to have her....Thank you Hanan for such a great experience and I will be back. Dianah

    I had very long hair. The stylist asked what I wanted I told her to cut my ends. She showed me about an inch of dead ends. The. I requested to have my hair cut into layers but retain my length. She asked where I wanted my shortest layer and I pointed to my chin. She cut my hair wet . When it was done, my cut looked jagged and the ends looked frizzy like it hadn't been cut. My hair is now much shorter than before. I just got my hair colored in May and alot of my balange color was cut off the ends. When it was time to pay, I was charged an additional 13 dollars because my hair was at least 2 inches or more past my shoulders (wish thus was relayed to me before the cut). I was also told that the next time I need to book for curly hair. The base prices that everyone see is just for people with straight hair. I paid but I will not be booking again.
