    The haircuts were great. But when I went to the register to pay I was overcharged. I had signed up for a 1 st time deal for both kids. They were supposed to be $20 each. At first she tried to charge me $40 for 1 and at the end it costs me $60 for 2 kids cuts that should have been $40. It was a classic bait and switch. I’d go back again because the cuts were good. BUT I won’t because of the charges. I don’t like being lied to

    I have been looking for a hair dresser for the last 4 months. My former hair dresser retired. On a whim, I decided to try The Hair Cuttery next door to the bank where I do business. I walked in and was greeted with a smile and how can I help you. I was given an appointment with Madonna for later that afternoon. Although, she was running a bit behind schedule, she was very pleasant and told me it would be just a few more minutes. I'm glad that I waited for her to finish the young client that she had in her chair. I witnessed the client compliment her on her haircut, and walk out very pleased. I was next. I received a wonderful shampoo, a great haircut, and I will be back in 6 weeks for another great haircut and blow dry with hair designer Madonna. Thank you for a great first time experience in your shop. Debra
