- APAmyus Plantin3 days ago5.0My first visit. They understood what I was looking for (a good cut) and had me discuss with a stylist (Alison) who they thought would be a good fit. She asked very good questions, looked at my hair and studied what was needed. I booked an appointment and today she did the cut and I am so pleased with the result, really an excellent cut. After 40 years of living in Paris, I honestly can say Alison could easily cut hair in Paris! Immense thanks, after a year in Richmond, I have found my Salon and my hair stylist.

- SBsushma bandaJun 28, 20261.0I recently visited this salon for a Brazilian blowout, but unfortunately, it wasn’t done correctly. As a result, my hair ended up frizzy instead of smooth. The salon then offered me a corrective keratin treatment, but it didn’t help at all. I was disappointed because I had had previous treatments that had given me amazing results. My coworkers had recommended this salon, so I decided to give it a try. However, after two back-to-back treatments on my hair within a week, I’m very concerned about how much hair I’m going to lose. I specifically requested an experienced stylist with expertise in ethnic hair and straightening treatments, but I ended up with this experience. I won’t be returning to this salon! I spent over $400 on this treatment, and it was a complete waste of money.

Their customer service is fantastic and everyone is so kind!
