- LLLSep 25, 20262.0So I came here because they were closed by and they could see me quickly after I had an unfortunate incident with hot roots with box dye. My hair stylist, while very sweet, just did not seem to understand what I wanted. The color correction I did with her first left me with completely dark hair, bleach blonde money pieces that washed me out, with the roots still showing. After I expressed my concern and dissatisfaction with my appearance, the salon asked me to return, but wait for her be available again to fix my hair. I explained to them that I had a wedding to be at by 6:00 when they gave me a 2:30 p.m. time and they assured me I had to get out in time for the wedding long before. At 4:30 I told my hair stylist that I needed to leave soon. She wasn't aware that I had an obligation after her, so I don't fault her for this, clearly reception didnt know what they were talking about or communicatee this to her. She offered to blow dry my hair since my back got soaked but I didn't have time. She worked as fast as she could to finish. I ended up being late to the wedding and missed the ceremony. She also took away my money pieces, even though I didn't tell her to, and my hair turned silver. Now I look like I'm prematurely graying. I had showed her a picture of what I was trying to achieve. I had to rush out because I was running already late for the wedding, so I couldn't follow up more with her in person. While everybody is very friendly and hospitable, and tried to fix the first hair fiasco, there is a major disconnect between what I wanted, what they decide to do, and scheduling.
