  I made my 5pm appt with senior stylist Hahn after getting a 25% off promo by text. The shop had one other customer and one other stylist. While washing my hair and cutting it, Hahn was sternly telling the other stylist (March?) how to do the dye process on her client. I told Hahn I wanted my hair stacked in the back and about an inch taken off the sides. I noticed right away, in the car that the right side of my hair was shorter than the left. She had put product on my hair ("for body") and the back looked ok. After washing and blow drying my hair today, I noticed that the stacking in the back is completely wrong and each side is different from the other. It doesn't lay right when blow drying or heat styling. I have no desire to return to the shop again and regret that I went in the first place.

  We've been getting our hair cut and colored by Hanh for nearly 20 years. She's great with both long hair and boy's hair cuts. Especially my son, who has a lot of cowlicks. She's done full color, highlights, blending color work on me and bright, fun colors on my daughter's hair. We get compliments from a lot of people on how good it looks

  Just awful, avoid at all costs. I wish i had read the reviews before getting my hair cut because everything resonates. I went in to have my bangs evened out and blended. The woman who cut my hair (older asian woman, glasses, short hair) offere to give me a conditioning treatment,I agreed, she seemed more concerned about adding services than how i wanted my hair cut, was also pushing me to get highlights. Well anyways, during our brief discussionI told her I did not want to take off any length, I just wanted my bangs fixed. She sounded so confident that she could fix this easily. And side note, she was agressive about offering products and services as noted in another review. First red flag, she did not bother to ask how i wanted the bangs to look and got right to cutting. I assumed she was going to just blend and trim as discussed. She cut off SO MUCH hair, then asked me to sit under the hair dryer which i still find strange, at no point asking for my input. She came and got me and began to blow dry it back so you couldnt see how bad it was, I pointed out that it was uneven and she said it was because of my previous hair cut and told me it's because i have a cowlick (i dont) and insisted i just need to do a side sweep(did not fix the issue). She then attempted to cut more with her scissors (no combing or nothing, just vibes at this point) It was so bad and the edges were jagged and crooked/slanted(think the worst bowl cut you've ever seen), even the back of my hair was uneven when she got done and she was "just trimming". I should have just cut it myself and i would have gotten better results. I am so dissapointed and this will take months to grow to a decent length. The hair on the top of my head is so short. I never at any point asked for a mullet. I should have just stayed home. This is the worst haircut I've ever had. I went to another salon immediately and was embarassed even walking in, it looked so bad. The damage is irreversible, ill just have to wait this one out.
