  DO NOT GO HERE!! Literally the worst piercing experience ever!! They won’t refund for bad piercings and the staff is super rude.

  I had such a great experience getting pierced by Leon. He is honestly one of the most genuine and professional piercers I’ve ever met. From the moment I sat down, he made me feel completely comfortable and never made me feel rushed. He took the time to answer every question I had, addressed all of my concerns, and explained everything from the placement to the aftercare so I knew exactly what to expect. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and wants them to feel confident and informed before getting pierced. His attention to detail and calm personality made the whole experience so much easier. I couldn’t recommend Leon enough! 1000/10!! If you’re thinking about getting a piercing, definitely book with him. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

  I just got pierced by Leon at Studs and the experience was so amazing. I went with my friend and we both got pierced by him and he was so incredibly patient and made sure to explain everything. I got a snake bite piercing as well as a hidden helix and he made sure I was comfortable with the placement and gave me time between each to let him know if i’m good. He even said if I don’t feel like I can do the others after the first I could just let him know which was comforting but I ended up being fine with all three and I think majority of the reason was because he was so well educated on piercing and made sure to explain everything well. We both agreed we will definitely be back!

  My daughter bought a pair of earrings and went back to ask if they have a pair with different back within five minutes. The lady said they are non refundable. I said someone should verbally tell her these aren’t returnable while sending her a receipt because it is deceptive. I am not trying to cause any problems here but no one can see the return policy when the sign is in the back corner. It should be placed at the cashier. The lady who helped my daughter responded with, but your daughter said she bought stuff from us. That was two years ago, online. And finally I reiterate, as a sales person you should always tell client the return policy, if not have the sign at the cashier. She didn’t acknowledge it and now we are unhappy with our purchase and with the company.
