I know every Lush worker comes up to you but how they greeted us and what they said to us did not make us feel welcome. We got as what are we doing there and the looks they gave us and how they asked the questions to us was very rude and unwelcoming and this is the second time this has happened at this store the short pump mall in Henrico is way better and the girls are so much more welcoming and helpful and they all need to go to that store and get trained because they will make you feel welcomed to make you want to come back to Lush. The store in Northern Virginia makes me never want to shop there again and I have over 1000 points.

From start to finish, they were incredibly organized, energetic, and wonderful with the kids. They did such a great job keeping everyone engaged and making sure each child had a fun, hands-on experience. The party was so well run that all of the kids were smiling and having a blast the entire time. Nina and Hercilia went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special on her birthday, and they created such a welcoming and exciting atmosphere for everyone. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and are fantastic with children. If you’re looking for a unique and memorable birthday party experience, I can’t recommend Lush at Tysons Corner enough. It was stress-free for the parents, incredibly fun for the kids, and worth every penny. Thank you, Nina and Hercilia, for helping make my daughter’s birthday so special—we’ll be talking about it for a long time!
