  I had an incredible experience with makeup artist Shirin at Sephora Tyson's for a wedding makeup session! She was incredibly patient, attentive, and really took the time to understand the look I wanted. She matched my skin tone flawlessly, blend my eye makeup to perfection, and ensured my overall look complemented my traditional attire and jewelry beautifully. Her dedication, warm attitude, and attention to detail made the entire appointment comfortable and enjoyable. I received so many compliments throughout the event!I highly recommend her to anyone looking for professional, flawless makeup for a special occasion.

  This location is too much. The music is so loud no matter what time of day you come. Anytime I'm at this store and look for help there a ton of women and half are there working for a specific brand so they try to trick you into getting their product. Once you tell them you just want help with the product you came for they blow you off. Its happened to me multiple times at this location. The other workers are usually gathered around talking to each other. The last time I came here I asked for a tester to a specific brand (kulfi)and there were none out. So then the girl said if you want a good eyeliner get the Marc jacobs one I said no thanks I'm really looking for the kulfi brand one. She made a face and then said oh well we dont have it, you can go check out the sephora brand its in the back. I dont even know why the irritated look and comment about using sephora was necessary. It gave me the impression that she thinks I cant afford the Marc jacobs eyeliner. Anyways not a good feeling to leave with. I went to the mosaic location the following week and had a much better experience.

  I don't know if there is anything such as too much customers service, but that is what I felt when I went in today. Every two seconds I was being asked if I needed help, which I appreciated the first two times. However, when I decline one person's assistance another is right behind them to ask if I needed any assistance. Some of the same women approached me multiple times to ask if I needed anything. It really made my experience an unpleasant one and I left the store shortly after because it felt like a never ending cycle and I couldn't comfortably shop for myself without someone else's input. I understand that this is likely just a store policy, and I have no complaints for any of the people that asked to assist, but the amount was just off putting for me personally.

  I was looking for a gift for my mom, and the sales rep, Amy, was so sweet and nice. She helped me with understanding what would be a good match and was so helpful. She’s very knowledgeable and a great person to talk to. Thank you again Amy!

  This is the worst Sephora i’ve ever been to. Everyone I know has always had negative things to say about this location. My cousins and I were out shopping and it was getting pretty late, so Sephora became our final stop. We walked into the store at 8:56pm. We already knew exactly what we wanted, so our intention was simply to grab the items and be in and out, especially since we knew the store closed at 9pm. As soon as we walked in, we weren’t greeted at all. Instead the employee standing at the entrance immediately yelled at my cousin who was walking in before me saying “ you have one minute. Grab what you need and go”. Keep in mind, it was barely 8:57pm. My cousin was completely startled because of how abruptly she had spoken to us the moment we entered the store. We grabbed what she needed and headed toward the checkout. While we were still walking to the line, a male employee looked at us and said “I can help who’s next, we’re closing” in an extremely rude and impatient tone. When my cousin went to check out, the male employee took the products out of her hands and rudely told her to enter her phone number. Before the payment screen had even appeared, he was rushing her to pay as she was pulling out her phone to use Apple Pay. By the time we walked out of the store, it was 9pm. The same lady at the front then rudely told us “have a good night” I completely understand that employees want to go home on time, and we were not trying to keep anyone past closing. There is a huge difference between letting customers know that the store is closing and speaking to them in a rude, impatient, and disrespectful manner. This location seriously needs to improve its customer service.
