Every stylist we have had is amazing! I wouldn't say one is better than another. But we also never ask for anything outside a normal wash cut dry or styling.
- HMHelena MolinaMay 7, 20261.0This is by far the worst haircut I’ve gotten in my life. The stylist clearly did not know how to work with curls and completely ignored what I asked for. I waited two years to grow my hair to the length shown in the picture, only for it to be ruined in 30 minutes. I even straightened my hair afterward hoping it would look better in the meantime, but the haircut is extremely choppy and uneven. Please do not go to this place for curls.

Specified "trim," "just a little," "not much, but neat." I may as well have said just cut whatever you want. Because that's what she did. Despite repeatedly describing a trim and showing her photographs from my phone of how I wanted it to look, she just kept cutting and kept cutting and kept cutting and kept cutting until she ran out of hair. Carmen did a fabulous job with my pixie cut. She confidently used the clippers and understood exactly what I wanted, without the hesitation I have often experienced with other stylists when asking for a buzzed look. My hair feels great and is exactly the length I desired. Thank you, Carmen, for the excellent service!
