    Despite the Internet, computers and phone service being down, the staff really pulled together and showed their professionalism. My stylist, Lee Ann, proved invaluable, she was responsible for keeping the shop open customers happy and getting paid. Besides being a great stylist, (who actually listens when you tell them how you want your haircut)., Lee Ann was the unsung hero who kept the doors open. I hope whoever is the owner or manager puts in for a bonus because Lee Ann deserves it. Never was frazzled, delt with the problems, figured it and moved on. If I should find out that she was not acknowledge for her hard work, I will personally call Corporate and let them know. My name Craig Philhower

    I went about 2 weeks ago to get my hair done (first balayage/color ever) by IPEK and she damaged my curls a lot and kept blaming me for having too much hair when she left the bleach on for almost 3 hours in the back portion of my hair which is practically straight now still. Also I asked for cherry cola and one my hair dried I noticed there were some parts that were blonde and other parts pink which is not anywhere near cherry cola. I called multiple times to get an appointment and they never answered so I had to show up in person only to be told I had to trust for a second time the same person who messed up my hair to redo it. I went back a couple days ago to get it redone and again she was not people friendly and just went straight to business and didn’t have enough cherry cola to redo my hair after I scheduled my appointment almost a week ahead of time. So then she told me she would have to mix cherry cola a mahogany in order to get all of my hair fixed because again I have too much hair according to her. Now that it’s been a couple days I’ve noticed some parts of my hair are now orange instead of the color I chose and paid for. I am extremely disappointed with my service and I should not have to make time to come back multiple times for something that’s should’ve been done correctly the first time or she should’ve admitted balayage is not one of her strengths instead of damaging my curls and leaving my hair with the incorrect color. After being a consistent customer to this location…Never coming back here again!!!

    Very disappointed. Gabby confirmed my appointment, but when I arrived, I was told there was no appointment in the system. It was a complete waste of my time. To make matters worse, the customer service was rude and unprofessional. This experience was unacceptable.
