    I visited the Hair Cuttery Bull Run Plaza location today for my regular styling. My regular stylist was not available so I booked my appointment with Yung who has such a calming spirit. She is always smiing, has gentle hands, and is an engaging presence. I alwys book with her when my regular stylist is unavailable and I never regret it. Yung is a master stylist who quickly becomes aware of her customers' needs and beautifully works her magic on your hair. You won't regret your time with her!

    if you’re a type 4 natural, don’t bother. I got a shampoo, blow dry, and flat iron. While I wasn’t exactly expecting a silk press, I was expecting to atleast look like I’d been to a salon. I could’ve done this at home. The stylist was gentle though.

    Erin did great. I was a walk in today. They gave me an appointment for an hour later which was fine. Erin took her time making sure my hair was cut evenly. Loved the scalp massage during my shampoo.

    Recognition for Erin & Her Team at Hair Cuttery – Bull Run Plaza Hello Upper Management, My apologies to Erin, the manager, and her team member at the Hair Cuttery located in Bull Run Plaza for the late review. I wanted to take this opportunity to recognize both of them for the wonderful job they did on my hair and my mom’s hair. Erin was absolutely amazing. She took her time, was extremely patient, and was very professional throughout the entire process. I had highlights, toner, a haircut, and a blowout done. The appointment took almost four hours, but it was completely worth it! I was also pleasantly surprised that the final cost was less than I expected. My mom had her hair done on a different day. She was initially hesitant about going to get her hair done, but I convinced her to give it a try, and she was so happy that she did! Unfortunately, I apologize because I cannot remember the name of the hairdresser who did my mom’s hair, but she also did a wonderful job. I truly hope Erin and her team member receive the recognition they deserve for their excellent customer service and hard work. Employees like them are a reflection of what great service should look like, and I believe they deserve to be acknowledged—and hopefully even rewarded with a raise! I’ve included pictures of our hairstyles after they were completed. We absolutely love how our hair turned out, and we will definitely be coming back again! Thank you both so much for a job well done! I highly recommend Erin and the hairdressers at the Hair Cuttery in Bull Run Plaza. You will not be disappointed!
