Yes, I can read the board very clearly - that was never the problem. The problem is I'm trying makeup products for the FIRST TIME and I have no idea what comes under what category. That's exactly why I asked for help. I am writing to report a very rude interaction with your staff today. I did not purchased anything today. Leesburg outlet mall . Time 6:10

I purchased a MAC face powder, but after getting home I realized the shade was completely mismatched for my skin tone. When I returned to request an exchange, the store refused to accommodate me. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the store did not have any testers available for customers to try before purchasing. In addition, the lighting inside the store was very dim, making it extremely difficult to accurately assess product shades and find the right match. For products like face powders and foundations, proper lighting and tester availability are essential to help customers make informed purchases. Given these conditions, I believe the store should have been more understanding and offered an exchange, especially since the incorrect shade selection was influenced by factors within the store’s control. I would not even give it one star if that was an option. I would not recommend buying anything from this store . They have zero customer service, and no care for customer satisfaction!
