    I’m extremely disappointed with the haircut I received this morning. I came in with two very specific reference photos showing exactly what I was asking for, and unfortunately the haircut I left with looks nothing like either of them. I understand that every person’s hair is different and a haircut may not look identical to an inspiration photo, but this wasn’t simply a styling difference. The shape, length, layering, and bangs were not what I requested. I left feeling like my hair had been cut into a completely different style than what we discussed. I’ve attached the two photos I showed as my references, along with a photo of what I received, so others can see the difference for themselves. I’m now having to figure out how to style or potentially have my hair corrected after paying for a service that I expected to leave feeling good about. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this haircut service.

    I recently got a hair cut and unfortunately it just wasn't good. I initially thought it was because I didn't pay for the blow dry and style but when I got home I realized she gave me way too many bangs in my curtain bangs and the layers make it look like I'm wearing really shitty extensions.

    Just got basic cut. She did not offer me a mirror. Just trusted. He first customer off the day. When I got home and looked in the mirror. WHAT THE HELL.. only a 1 because I couldn't select 0. Without noticing this before I left I gave her a 10 dollar tip for a $ 32 haircut.

    My appt never registered when I tried to sign up online. App stinks. Stylist was great. My usual woman was too booked but recommended someone there who she trained. She was new but did great. My other problem was when I asked her how much she charged she said 32.00. But then after the total was 49.00. I asked why she said because I had a blow- dry. I wish they just were up front with the total. But when you register online it says $32 for cut and dry??

    8-14—26 Thanks to my stylist, Angela Newman for another wonderful hair salon experience at the Hair Cuttery in Dahlgren,, Virginia. Angela is a wonderful professional stylist who always makes me feel beautiful after each visit to the salon. Additionally, The entire staff at the Dahlgren,, Virginia, Hair Cuttery, with whom I interacted today and with the manager Debbie with whom I interacted by telephone August 13 are wonderful professionals as well. Thank you.
