  I came in with badly chipped nails from another salon and honestly expected to hear criticism or upselling, but the nail technician was surprisingly understanding and calm about it. She explained what probably caused the damage and recommended taking a shorter shape temporarily to help my nails recover. The process itself felt relaxing because she worked carefully instead of aggressively filing everything down. I also appreciated how clean the tools looked since hygiene matters a lot to me. One small issue happened when my chosen polish color wasn’t available anymore, but the technician helped me find a similar shade that actually looked better in the end. Almost a week later my manicure still looks neat, glossy, and hasn’t lifted around the edges at all.

  I came to the salon as a new client today and saw Millie. I was nervous but she really took her time to talk through my hair wishes and she fully respected those boundaries. As a long hair girly I wasnt ready to cut too much off this visit and she respected that despite the fact that I probably needed to take a little more off. She was super sweet and made me feel comfortable and I am very happy with my cut. The salon owner also took the time to give me a tour of the salon and tell me about their services. See you in 3 months Millie!

  The Salon was neat and clean.A quiet time, any Reagan did a wonderful job. She’s very personable and she did what I asked her to do which was even out my hair because I’m growing it out. I was very pleased with her and the experience there. I will recommend the salon to people in the area and friends. Thank you.

  Loved my experience here! When I walked in, the two people at the front complimented my outfit, which felt especially nice because I’m 7 months pregnant and made this appointment to give myself a confidence boost! I saw Tess and she was lovely and gave me an amazing haircut. Will definitely be seeing her for regular haircuts!

  Could not be happier with my experience at Prism! Brittany gave me the grey blending color I had been hoping for and absolutely nailed the look. I felt so cared for and received such thoughtful, undivided attention. The entire staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming. Such a wonderful salon experience—I left thrilled with my hair. Highly recommend!
