  I went in to the studio for the first time after calling to see if I could get 1 year old black box dye out of my hair. Which in response over the phone said they “absolutely could!” When I got there my stylist was so sweet and knew she could do it. Her “higher ups” took my hair told me how damaged my hair was and how it would never work. They told me since she was new, she would botch my hair. The head stylist made me cry saying I should “just go home because they can’t work on damaged hair” and tsked every time she went near my head. My stylist (who thankfully doesn’t work there anymore) told me my hair was just frizzy and she could do it. The entire time I was there (4 hours) they were rude, snippy and mean to her and myself. When my hair was finished, I was so happy with the results. My stylist did an AMAZING job with my hair. Black box dye all out, and a beautiful auburn color like I wanted. Her colleagues smirked and congratulated her in such a rude way. I will never go back to this salon. Not only do they treat their clients like shit but their coworkers as well.

  Chrissy is amazing 🤩 she cut, glossed and dried my hair perfectly. Nobody has ever been able to dry my hair the way I like it but Chrissy nailed it. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who is not only hospitable but someone who listens to you and has amazing skill to do what you ask for!! Thanks Chrissy.

  The quality of customer service in this salon is second to none I want to go back just for the pleasant conversation and the smiling faces each team member was attentive and willing to help I saw no one there waiting and no barber chair unoccupied these ladies are stylin and a give off a sterling perspective of the good people in Haymarket top class! The manager there is super cute too!

  You know when you just feel lucky to have found a business that was amazing when you first went there but STILL improves with time? Ash is that kind of quality. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and they know what they are doing. I’ve been going there for years and have been highly impressed every single time!
