    Went in and was stared at by first booth. I had to greet her twice to get a response and a half smile. I let her know I had a question and waited to ask her because she was doing an older ladies hair. I asked if they could dye dreads which she answered she’s not sure so she went to ask somebody who was wearing an apron with their head in a shampoo bowl. The person responded to the lady who was helping me informing her they “don’t have the means to do them” which I’m assuming they can’t? However is it that they can’t or don’t want to? The only difference is you need to saturate the loc with more color which is the same with thicker or longer hair.

    I had a very disappointing experience here. A stylist named Darrellyn, who is tall, white, with blonde hair and brown eyes, and appears to be in her 20s, did my hair. I specifically told her I only wanted a trim, but she ended up cutting more than 3 inches off my hair, which was not what I asked for. I also wanted blonde hair, but instead I was given highlights that turned out orange. I asked if she could fix the color, but I was told she couldn’t. I’m extremely disappointed and honestly surprised by the outcome. This was the worst experience I’ve had with a hairstylist, and I’m very upset with how my hair turned out. Neither the haircut nor the color was what I asked for. Based on my experience, I would not recommend going here for a haircut or coloring.
