- JRJessica RundhaugAug 12, 20261.0Not happy about our visit. Booked the haircut and blow dry 1 hour appointment. Noted that it would be for my 13 yo daughter. I didn’t go back by the chair with her but it was supposed to be wash, cut, style. 10 minutes later they walk up front saying they did the kids cut (no wash or style). When I said it was supposed to include wash, cut, and style she said she didn’t know although when I went to check out the pin pad showed it was for a cut and style and they needed manually change it to a kids cut. The stylist also had a cut on her hand at checkout that was bleeding and my daughter later said that it happened during the cut. That should have been cleaned and gloved up especially dealing with clients.
