    I am VERY disappointed with my experience today. I scheduled to come in at 11, got in a little early and the lady who approached me asked hurriedly what I was getting done. Like it said when I scheduled, I told her I would like the sides of my hair shaved back up and my hair trimmed to get rid of my split ends. She said she has time to get me before her appointment and rushed me over to the chair. She began the shave and I could FEEL her not caring to line it up properly or make it nice as she shaved into the hair on top, missing the line. When she asked if it qas short enough I said yes, expecting her to clean it up. She did not. See photos. Then she started "trimming" my hair, didnt make sure she got all the layers. I asked for a half inch to an inch off. I bleach my hair and it was time to clean it up, she literally just trimmed about an 8th of an inch. She rushed through the whole thing and DID NOT OFFER ME THE WASH THAT COMEA WITH THE CUT AND HAD THE AUDACTIY TO CHARGE ME FULL PRICE. I still paid and tipped but I will drive put of my way to never have to experience anything like this again. I hav been goung to hair cutteries for years and have always been cared for. Rhia is appalling.

    Both my boys and myself see Julie. Both of my kids are picky about their hair and she does an AMAZING job. My bougois 10 year old son talked about the “best haircut ever, since even before 3rd grade!” All night after his cut! My 12 year old who always refuses haircuts and hates when he gets them, even loved his! She also works wonders on my poor neglected hair. Highly recommended!!

    My hair is longer on one side than the other my undercut is not done properly i have little long pieces everywhere she didnt trim around my ears. And when i went back the next day i was informed that she would have to fix it and if not i had to wait another day for a manager to fix it. I will not be returning. I am very disappointed.
