    I have been going to this location for a few months now getting my eyebrows done. I went in today, left & nearly cried. The woman who did my eyebrows this time asked me if I just wanted them cleaned up, I said yes ma'am. I believe she was training. Unfortunately she completely changed the shape & made them extremely thin. I chose to leave without confronting the problem. Besides, they'll grow back. Just not sure if I'll be returning.

    My first time at this location and it was wonderful! The attentiveness, promptness, professionalism and cleanliness was outstanding. The entire experience was relaxing and refreshing. I’ll be going back.

    When I originally came in, I chose the first available stylist, and I guess that’s where I messed up. The stylist I was paired with, once learning I was coming in for a perm, became very unpleasant, instantly asking who I assume was the manager on shift to take perms off her books after today and that she hates doing them. I sat down and laughed awkwardly; no other way to react. She then proceeded to look at me and say, “I’m quitting this place after I get another job. You think I’m joking?” I just told her that perms stink, I get it. She went off to get the rods and came back, slamming them on the counter in front of me as the manager looked at me and instructed me to move to another seat where another stylist would take me and apologized before telling the stylist that it was fixed and she didn’t have to do it. The original stylist then continued to mutter things and storm away out of the store. Very unprofessional and hostile, but I do appreciate everyone else at the salon who stepped up to take care of me.
