    I only came in because I was offered 50% off. Well guess what. I never got the 50% off. And the lady who waxed my eyebrows as well took away my entire eyebrow and left me with inchworms eyebrows and I came sobbing home. Do not come here because they will lie to you. ❤️❤️

    Highly disappointed with the service at Hair Cuttery in Glen Allen. I had a scheduled appointment and arrived on time. Even after waiting more than 15 minutes past my appointment time, no one acknowledged me or provided any update. I even showed the confirmation text message on my phone, but the staff seemed completely uninterested and made no effort to assist. This level of customer service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Respecting customers’ time should be a basic expectation. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very negative impression, and I will not be returning to this location.
