Haircut and shampoo was done in just 10 min! Not sure why one should not go for other places such as SuperCuts or GreatClips which are 20-25% cheaper. Very disappointing.

When I got there they couldn't find my booking in the system and I was questioned several times about being at the correct place and who I was even after showing them the confirmation email. They were able to cut my hair but it felt rushed.

I had a 3:30 PM appointment for my daughter, but on arrival was told to wait 30 minutes because the stylist was busy. After waiting outside and then sitting inside for another 10 minutes, I was completely ignored—no acknowledgment, no update, nothing. When I finally spoke to the salon leader, I was bluntly told it would take even longer and that nothing could be done. The staff was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. This level of service shows zero respect for customers’ time. I would not recommend this location at all.
