    I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience at this salon. As soon as I walked in, the manager immediately jumped in and told me, “No dogs in the salon,” before even giving me a chance to explain that my dog is a service dog. I then provided my service dog card. After that, when I tried to park my dog’s stroller, another woman told me not to put it next to her and told me to move it somewhere else. The entire interaction made me feel singled out and unwelcome. I understand that businesses have rules regarding animals, but I believe customers with service animals should be treated respectfully and given an opportunity to explain the situation before assumptions are made. The way this was handled felt unnecessarily rude and embarrassing. Management and staff could benefit from better training on how to respectfully interact with customers who have service animals Rude, non responsible people in charge! 8/20/2026

    Got a same-day appointment with Kim for a shampoo and Blowdry. She was terrific! Great shampoo and styling and masked the gray.beginning to show in my hair. I highly recommend her. Dee

    I asked specifically for number 4 clipper all the way around and the girl he gave me my haircut did my hair with scissors and her hand I asked for number three all the way around with clippers not scissor cut my hair get some people here are actually qualified your actual train you know how to cut hair because obviously hair cutter is just hiring people who don't know how to cut hair just basing it off hearsay

    Hair cuttery was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a barber/ hair salon they are so sweet and I Just Love Love Love Ms. Sabrena she did an amazing job on me and my mom's hair who's name is also Sabrina it Just threw me for a loop when I seen that she had the same name as my Mom 😁

    Prior to this visit I had made a visit here a couple months ago. I was introduced to people who bickered about not wanting to give me a cut out of laziness they messed up the cut and had an attitude. Today I gave this place another chance. I was seen by someone else (never got their name) a lady of Asian heritage Rushed and had a lack of understanding in what I wanted. there was a language barrier but in the end I got it to a point I found acceptable I could leave. she was fast but she didn’t really understand what I wanted. she was rough and pulled hair hard more than 5 times at least. when washing hair she scratched and pulled and at the end after I payed I walked out with a wet head of hair. I gave a tip out of courtesy but I felt I had every right not to. I was not satisfied and will be going elsewhere from here on out unless I have absolutely no choice.
