The first time, the store replaced it without a problem, so I was surprised by how differently this situation was handled. The employee I spoke with this time was not helpful at all and basically just shrugged when I asked what I was supposed to do with a nearly full product that can’t be used properly anymore. I understand store policies, but a little effort or empathy would’ve gone a long way. Really disappointing customer service experience.
