  Very impressed with this store. I live closer to Tysons and choose to drive the extra time to this location because of the experience. They typically have all the sample options on display (for example Tysons only had 2 of the Rhode blush samples on display so I didn’t buy because I couldn’t test or see the colors.) They are maybe not as big as Tyson’s but they have lots of options in store. The beauty advisors I have encountered the few times I have been in have been helpful, friendly but not pushy…they know when to offer help but let people browse as well.

  I drove an hour and 15 minutes to get to this store. It says online that the store opens at 10 a.m., and other sources say it opens at 11am. That created a frustrating experience for me. They also allowed two customers to come in and shop before the doors opened. I just learned about the new quiet hours today, and it's unfair to people like myself to have to wait until the store opens.

  I’ve had an issue with the same concealer twice now where the applicator tip broke even though there was still plenty of product left inside. The first time, the store replaced it without a problem, so I was surprised by how differently this situation was handled. The employee I spoke with this time was not helpful at all and basically just shrugged when I asked what I was supposed to do with a nearly full product that can’t be used properly anymore. I understand store policies, but a little effort or empathy would’ve gone a long way. Really disappointing customer service experience.
