  The first 2 pictures are my hair in the parking lot before I came in, I even included the time stamp and date (my appointment was at 9am.) I showed the lady the 3rd & 4th pictures as inspo and she agreed she’d be able to do it. I just I wanted my hair toned a cooler and a darker blonde/light brown. I confirmed with her multiple times exactly what I wanted. And that I do NOT like any warm tones in my hair at all. That is something I’m really picky about. She literally dyed my hair bright orange. I remember I sat in the chair and started crying while it was developing because I saw all the red. She assured me it WOULD NOT be red and left it on longer. She rinsed it out and dried it and I immediately just broke down in the chair. It looks like I have hot roots and bright orange hair. Look at pics 3, 4, and 5. I asked her to fix it and she literally told me no because “it looks better than what you came in here with.” I was still crying so she called the manager over and she said the same thing! That it is “better than what I had.” Which is rude, but also just objectively not true at all. I cannot make this up. I left sobbing in front of the whole salon. I have never cried in public before and it was honestly very embarrassing but this was just so bad. They still made me pay for it too by the way. If she really couldn’t do the color I wanted she could have just been honest and said no to me instead dying my hair red and insulting me after. I at least would have respected her honesty and being spared from something like this happening. I don’t know what dye they used, but I’ve been to several other stylists and paid OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS trying to fix this and it WILL NOT come out even with bleach. This was more than just a mistake, this was straight up negligent and I feel taken advantage of by how she lied to me and made me think everything was going to be ok and I could trust her. I don’t even remember the woman’s name, but I will genuinely remember what she did to me and the way she made me feel for the rest of my life. I hope she knows how much she has affected my confidence and self esteem. And the way they handled it/talked to me after was just mean. I know some people might think it’s “just hair” but it’s more than that to me. This has deeply affected me. And I don’t want anyone else to go through this. I have never left a bad review before, and part of me feels guilty leaving this. But what she did to me was not okay. This has been a nightmare trying to cope with for the last 2+ months. I still want to cry every time I look at myself, and I feel like no one can help me. I don’t even want some fake pr apology from them where they try to excuse away what they did to me. I just want to warn others to be careful before going here. That’s all
