  They have canceled my appointments now for the second time in a row. I’ve made appointments 2 times and they have called both times the night before to cancel them. This is ridiculous. Don’t even bother going here . I made an appointment for a reason, I can understand things come up, but TWO times in a row. NOPE. Save your time and your money and go somewhere else.

  Came in, was greeted right away and checked in. My wait time was short, I did arrive early, and was again acknowledged that I will be seen soon. My consult was EXCELLENT and then provided a quote. The conversation and treatment was a breath of fresh air! Very pleased!

  I had called in the morning to see if they would take me in as a walk-in and they were able to get me in within an hour of me calling. I had needed a quick trim since my previous hair stylist made my cut look crooked and not straight. Ashley, who was very kind and pleasant, was able to fix my hair for me. Prices are reasonable and fair, too. Overall, I will return again.

  Cheyanna was the only stylist I trusted to do my sons hair. Years of people not listening and cutting his hair all wrong and messing it up was very frustrating and when I found her I was so happy and my son really likes her as well! She listens and worked with me when I was late a couple times which is annoying for her of course but at least she didn't act like it. It was nice of her. I haven't been able to find her on the site to book with her and I'm afraid she's gone and im back to square 1.. I told her if she ever left to please let me know :( hoping it's not the case bc she is amazing and works with us to get a nice cut for my boy and was planning to bring my daughter to her when the time came for her to get her very first cut as well. Thank you Cheyanna!

  Very disappointed in the long black hair girl. Showed her a picture of what I wanted and what she did looks nothing like the cut I showed. She cut his bangs WAY to short . I've had this happen with her before with the same kid. She was supposed to do a skin fade a 2 & a 4 and she used a 1 on his whole head ... he looked bald. My daughter and me got our hair cut by the girl with red and black hair, she did great on my daughter's but took way to much off mine. I haven't been to them in over 2 years ... I was hoping things had changed and people had gotten more experienced but that wasn't the case at all. If you cant listen to your client and do what they want ... then you shouldn't be a hair stylist ... you can't just do the cut you THINK they want ... ask questions BE SURE ITS WHAT THEY WANT BEFORE YOU CUT !!!
