  I recently had a terrible experience with customer service. I purchased a perfume and, upon leaving the store, discovered that the wrong perfume was inside the box and it was used. I returned to the store, hoping for assistance, but was told that they couldn’t help me because I had left the store. I requested that they review the security cameras, but they informed me that they didn’t have access to them. They promised to have the manager review the footage the following day, and I could either call in or come in to confirm the outcome. Two days later, I called the store and was told that the manager was not there, that they did not have access to the cameras but that I could call the following day. I asked them to please have the manager call me. I received a call 16 minutes later from the supervisor Joann, informing me that the cameras had been reviewed and that the product was sealed. They assured me that they wouldn’t be able to exchange the item, despite my earlier claims that they had access to the cameras. I insisted that they check the cameras in front of me, knowing that I was telling the truth. I demanded that they get to the bottom of this issue. They refused to help me and told me that they couldn’t check their returns list. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had paid for the wrong used item and begged them to help me. They promised once again to leave another note for the manager and have her decide whether to call me, but I doubt that they will do anything to rectify the situation. When going to this store. Make sure to check the product before walking away. They will lie about reviewing cameras. They don’t care about the customer.

  Had to leave a review to get y’all’s rating up because I loveeeee this Sephora and the workers there are so friendly amazing never bothering me or following me around constantly eyeing me. So helpful and never rude or condescending. This Sephora anyyyy day over the one at the mall. Can’t remember any names specifically but yall are amazing 🫶🫶🫶🫶

  This Sephora opens at 9 on Sunday and a standalone Sephora doesn’t open until 11. I wasn’t able to make a return because I bought from a standalone location. Very inconvenient as a customer. I wasted an hour of time/driving trying to make this return

  I must say this is a great location. I was able to find everything on my list at this location. Even hard to find items were available which is a plus. The staff was also very attentive to your needs.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Sephora inside Kohl’s Fredericksburg. I purchased perfumes and returned the next day with my receipt to exchange for a larger size and pay the difference. While the exchange was denied due to policy, which I didnt understand but accepted, the issue was the employees’ behavior afterward. As I was leaving, two employees laughed behind my back. I went back and asked what was funny, and after I left again, they continued laughing. Laughing at a customer is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Regardless of store policy, customers should always be treated with respect. I hope management addresses this behavior and retrains staff on proper customer service. From their facial expressions and behavior, it was hard to believe they were store associates at all. Their actions came across as immature and mocking. If they weren’t standing behind a retail counter, one would never assume they were employees representing a professional brand
