- TSTeri SouthallJun 14, 20211.0I took my daughter there to get her hair trimmed and thinned out, my daughters hair is almost to her butt and is very thick and very straight I can barely get a hair tie to go around all of her hair once. The stylist was very unprofessional and actually answered a personal call on her cell phone as I was trying to explain what we wanted done. Then she proceeds to brush my daughters hair and then asks her if she's trying to grow dreadlocks (the exact reason we were there, to get it thinned out to avoid all the knots) then proceeds to say her hair isn't thick at all and doesn't need anything done to it. Needless to say the way she treated us had my 17 year old daughter with tears streaming down her face when we left. Worst most unprofessional place I have ever been. I refuse to go back.
