    I was sent away soon after I sat down .I was there to have hair colored and ready to spend money. She said I had lice and could not continue service, in front of other customers and staff. Embarrassing to say the least. I went to CVS got the shampoo , started checking my head. nothing. Spend money for no reason. Told family and friends for NO GOOD REASON. I when straight out and was checked again. No Lice. Went to another salon . Shampoo and cut, not one word was said about head lice. At Southpoint Hair Cuttery They do not appreciate business and make stuff up to get out of work. There was zero evidence of head lice and they know it.

    Went in for my daughter to have an emergency fix for a kids cut, and our stylist, I didn’t catch her name, but she was so amazing from the start of the appointment to the very end! Even considering having my 3 yr old start to see her!

    Kierra and Tracy were absolutely amazing! The staff in general are so kind, personable, and welcoming. Kierra was my stylist, and she did an incredible job on my hair. It’s been such a long time since I’ve walked out of a salon genuinely happy and completely satisfied with my hair. If you’re looking for an affordable salon with versatility, great service, and a laid-back atmosphere, I highly recommend checking them out. 100/10! ❤️

    I enjoyed my visit, everyone was friendly. My hairstylist, Kelly was very experienced and did exactly what I asked her to do. I felt like I had known her forever. I live in Woodbridge but will definitely make the drive back just to have Kelly do my hair. I am so happy 😊
