I repeatedly said I wanted a blowout multiple times and that’s what my appointment was booked for. She kept trying to use a flat iron which is not part of a blowout. She kept brushing my forehead and ears aggressively to the point where I now have lines on my head. When I asked her to fix some parts of my hair she told me it was my fault my hair wouldn’t get straight because my hair was so curly. Then she tried to blame it on me and said it was because I had a bad haircut. I’m so frustrated they were not understanding at all and did not try to fix the issue. I will never be back here and wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. I have prom today and now have to try to fix this myself.
