    I went there with my son and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff were not kind or welcoming, and the way we were treated was not what I expected, especially at a place serving children. I hope they can improve their customer service and treat families with more kindness and respect.

    My hair stylist for almost 20 years texted me last week with the news that she had to close her shop because of increasing rent. Besides being very sad, I went into panic mode! Where do I even start? So, I walked up to Hair Cuttery and was greeted by a very friendly woman behind the counter, who took me right then and there. She did a fabulous job, and I will be visiting her again. Her name is Ruby.
