- CDCamille DuboisApr 30, 20262.0I’ve noticed a big change at Sephora fair Oaks mall.There seem to be mostly very younger staff, they are in front the store often they are talking among themselves instead of helping customers. When ask for help, sometimes passed to someone else which feels unorganized. I also feel there are fewer experienced, mature employees who truly understand skincare especially for mature skin. Skincare needs knowledge and experience, not just personal preference, and younger staff often recommend products based only on what works for them…. Always, during busy times when you need help to ask question they are busy and staff are often focused on cleaning or taking out trash, which makes the experience feel less attentive and uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect to feel welcomed and prioritized.

- NANro AApr 2, 20261.0Sephora fair oak! I visited this store last weekend. but, it was not a good experience. The service was not as professional as before last year was all nice ladies , and the staff seemed inexperienced. I was disappointed because I expected better quality with 19-20 years old ladies it looks like they are out school or in school with no professional no training they got hired. The girl asked me do you know your skin tone or your skin color. I feel bad for the company to make money out there girls. I was not satisfied with my visit.
